JVS88 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its international licensing obligations and responsible gambling commitments. The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for most Malaysian bank transfer and e-wallet methods. The minimum deposit for cryptocurrency transactions is the equivalent of approximately RM50 in the selected cryptocurrency at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name; deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Verified accounts may submit withdrawal requests at any time. The primary currency for Malaysian user accounts is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Malfunction of any game voids all associated plays and any related winnings. JVS88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Operator reasonably believes that:
Upon closure of an Account for cause, the Operator reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Genuine real-money deposits that have not been misused shall be returned to the User subject to satisfactory verification and applicable transaction fees, where applicable.
A User wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting JVS88 customer support.
